Hello darling, I’m back again with another post. At this point, I decided to challenge myself to determine if I can get 3 complete outfits for just $ 100. This was really fun, so if you’re trying to find a private buyer, I’m your girl.
Before I find out if you used to be ready to buy the $ 100, I’d like to share with you a couple of tips on how to shop on a budget;
How to Shop on a Budget
Shopping on a budget are some of the things that you will easily avoid stress if you follow the ideas below;
Know Exactly What You Want to Buy
Take an inventory of the things in your wardrobe that you just don’t currently have and make a list of them. This is often the list that you would present when shopping, the point of this list is to help you optimize your funds for exactly what you would like and desire
Set a Budget.
How much does one need to spend to buy right away? Try not to transcend your means. Ask yourself these questions;
- If I spend this amount, will I feel guilty afterward?
- Does spending this amount of cash on clothing, shoes, bags or accessories add up?
- Can I spend this and not worry about my finances for a while?
If you answer these questions correctly for sure, then you are ready to go.
Look Out for Stores (Walk in & Online) Within Your Budget.
Now that you’ve simply set your budget, look for stores that sell products within your budget. For example, you would like to buy 2 black shoes, your budget is $ 100 but you go to sites like Revolve or Net-A-Porter where the odds of getting those shoes are almost impossible; instead, it will inspect sites like ASOS, marks & spencer, Primark, etc. You will also be saved where you will get around four pairs if you are doing it right.
Many people actually sleep on this; Most stores have sales when the seasons change, for example, spring/summer sales when fall/winter is approaching, year-end sales, etc. Sometimes they do random sales once they are rolling in a replacement collection and need to make room in the warehouse. A great thank you for keeping up with sales is to subscribe to the mailing lists of the stores you would like to shop at.
Stick to Your List & Budget.
When you log into those online stores or enter the stores, be sure to stick to your budget and list. If it means carrying cash or just unlimited credit when shopping, go for it. It can also be helpful if you have someone who will help you confirm that you are not buying unnecessary items by showing them what is nearby to increase their online cart or stock the store.
Let’s See What I Got
I choose ASOS to buy the outfits.
In my closet I don’t have a white dress, a denim dress, and a jumpsuit, I set my goal within that group; this is what I have
